IE Women Initiative
“For more than four decades now, IE has been committed to promoting diversity as one of its core values. Hence it is a pleasure to present #IEWomen, a strategic and multidisciplinary initiative that further strengthens IE’s commitment to women.
The overriding objective of #IEWomen is to give visibility to initiatives we are already running on an internal basis in different areas of IE, and to future projects set to take place over the next six months. In order to achieve this we have worked jointly with IE’s faculty, researchers, students, graduates, IE Women in Business Club, and members of staff. The aim is to draw up a strategy and design optimum tools to drive management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset among women, and to grow the number of women working and studying here at IE.”
