Conchita Galdón as Director/Academic Lead of Social Innovation at IE
Building upon a legacy of fostering social innovation for years, we decided to strengthen the voice of our students and faculty, and give more visibility and cohesion to all social innovation initiatives promoted among the different departments and academic areas at IE. This new department will operate under the aegis of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, and Concepción will enjoy the assistance of Max Oliva and Joaquín Garralda, who will be empowering the project by acting as Senior Advisor. According to Diego del Alcázar Benjumea, Vice President of IE: “Our key objective is to enable an overarching narrative which includes all the academic activities that bring together students and faculty from the social impact and environmental perspective of companies.”
